Which Base URL should I use?

OpenAI-compatible clients usually use https://aikey365.com/v1. Anthropic Messages and Gemini native clients usually start from https://aikey365.com. Whether /v1 belongs in the Base URL depends on how the client appends paths.

Why does a visible model fail?

Availability also depends on key restrictions, groups, upstream channels, routing, and endpoint support.

What does 401 usually mean?

Check the API key, authentication header, key status, and whether the client loaded the expected environment variable.

What does 403 usually mean?

Check model restrictions, IP allowlists, group selection, key status, and routing policy.

Why do I get 404?

Inspect the final URL. Duplicate /v1, missing /v1, or automatic client path concatenation are common causes.

What does 429 mean?

It can involve request rate, account or key quota, model limits, or upstream throttling. Reduce concurrency, use bounded backoff, and inspect logs.

Can I expose an API key in browser code?

No. Use your own backend for long-lived server credentials.

Why is pricing different from an old screenshot?

Models, routes, and pricing can change. Use the current pricing page and actual billing records.

What should I send to support?

Approximate time, client version, endpoint, model ID, HTTP status, and error text. Never send a full API key or password.
