Pricing
Use, in order:
- the current Aikey365 pricing page,
- model and group information in the console,
- actual usage and billing records.
Do not rely on old screenshots or cached price tables.
Payments
The codebase supports multiple payment integrations, redemption codes, and optional subscription capabilities. Actual methods can vary by account, region, and operations configuration.
Before payment, verify the account, amount, currency, payment method, current terms, and order status.
Refunds and abnormal orders
For duplicate payments, abnormal orders, or refund review, use the support channel currently published by Aikey365.
The team will review the payment state, actual consumption, applicable rules, and external payment status as soon as practical. Refund eligibility, workflow, and final settlement time can depend on banks, payment processors, networks, or other external systems, so no fixed settlement time is promised.
When submitting a case, provide the account identifier, order reference, amount, approximate time, and relevant error details without exposing API keys or passwords.
