Usage and billing principles
This page describes general documentation principles. It does not replace the currently effective user agreement, privacy policy, or other formal terms published by Aikey365.
Live information takes priority
The following can change:
- models and providers
- pricing and billing units
- routes and channels
- payment methods
- promotions
- feature flags
- account or regional availability
When information differs, use the live console, pricing page, order page, and API response.
Reasonable use
Users are responsible for protecting accounts and API keys and for following applicable law, platform rules, and relevant model-provider restrictions.
The platform may apply rate limits, suspension, or other protective measures to abusive, attacking, anomalous, or platform-impacting traffic.
Billing
Billing is based on platform records. Local client estimates, third-party UI values, and old screenshots are informational only.
Refunds and abnormal orders
Refund and order reviews depend on the specific order, actual consumption, payment state, and applicable rules.
The team will review cases as soon as practical, but eligibility, process, and final settlement time can depend on payment processors, banks, networks, and other external systems. No fixed settlement time is promised.
Service changes
Models, routes, and features may change because of provider updates, maintenance, security, compliance, or product evolution. Critical applications should keep model and routing choices configurable and plan for graceful degradation.
