Network and connectivity
Troubleshoot connectivity in layers: DNS, TLS, proxy behavior, timeout, and client process settings. Do not assume a particular proxy tool is always required.
Test the hostname
curl -I https://aikey365.comThen test the API:
curl https://aikey365.com/v1/models \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $AIKEY365_API_KEY"Inspect the connection
curl -v https://aikey365.com/v1/models \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $AIKEY365_API_KEY"Review DNS resolution, TLS negotiation, HTTP status, and the destination host.
Proxy environment
Command-line tools may read:
HTTP_PROXY
HTTPS_PROXY
ALL_PROXY
NO_PROXYA browser and a CLI can use different network paths.
Corporate networks
TLS inspection, transparent proxies, firewalls, and endpoint security software can alter certificates, headers, or connection lifetime. Testing from an independent network can help isolate the layer.
Timeouts
Separate connection timeout, TLS failures, first-byte delay, interrupted streams, and overall client timeout.
If curl works but one client fails, inspect that client's proxy, Base URL, certificate, and environment configuration.
